Anyone who paid a dime for the 2.1 billion shares "valued" at .001 just to cancel them would be a moron. Those shares were irrelevant - except for their press release cancellation look-what-we-did value.

The ONLY shares that mattered where the controlling preferred, held by Nathan Hall, now held by F&L III Corp. whose controlling owner is Frank Ottaviani owning 100%, according to mONI filings. The owner of those shares can issue as many more common shares as he wishes whenever he wishes. And he'll never dilute his voting rights.

The public is unlikely to ever know what Frank paid Nathan for those.
