There is nobody to sue. The SEC, FINRA, AND THE OTC MARKETS are monopolies and have no one to answer to. They can do anything they want. It is unfortunate the the shareholders cannot get a final decision. It is apparent that the SEC, FINRA, AND THE OTC MARKETS HAVE NO INTENTION TO FILE A FINAL DECISION. Endless extentions without merit seem to be the norm. The company may be forced to go down a different path. It is being forced by no decision, just what the SEC wants to happen.
