I always believed that a notary was responsible to ascertain that his signature and stamp would be affixed to a document that was legal by the activities of the parties to which it was intended as legal support.

JGT: "To understand that the price agreed in the contract of sale of the mining concessions called “AMARILLO NORTE AND AMARILLO SUR of 1996” conducted on March 4, 1997 before the Notary Mr. Eduardo Avello Concha for the derisory price of $10,000 – is not even consistent with the expenses incurred by the claimant in the process of....."

Why was Concha never requested to the courts to lend detail on this piece of work he was involved in???

I have to wonder if there were OTHER reasons his signature showed in good stead on this sales agreement. Did he split the payoff to Villar by CMN/Lill for disappearing into the darkness of the night.
