I appreciate the thoughts of all here including major investors like Michael Bigger, but we all need to recognize that nothing that's said will move the regulators one iota. I believe the company is working hard to get their applications to the regulators, and that's their highest priority. The use of the FlaskWorks unit is a close second. Certainly they're doing the other thing that corporations must do, quarterly and annual reports, annual meetings, etc. but the priority is clearly gaining the approvals.

Note, I didn't state the Journal was their responsibility, while they no doubt have contributed, the authors are the clinicians and the lead author is clearly Dr. Liau. I'm sure the company is giving her any support she requests and certainly they are pushing to make it happen, but the ball is in Dr. Liau's court.

I don't believe it will be much longer before we get the Journal and the announcement of the Annual Meeting, but the two are tied together because the Journal is required to end the quiet period and the company needs to talk to gain the support of investors in the meeting.
