The 2020 nwbo ASM had no news, and no signficant votes. It took place 14.5 months after the previous meeting.

There is clear precedent for nwbo being quite late on a nothing-burger ASM.



The 2020 ASM was held up because NWBO/LP wanted to clear the German tax issue and have the 10Q for Q2 first before organizing the ASM. I dont think that particular reason in 2020 to hold up the ASM is a good one.

So again your assertion that NWBO/LP is holding up the/any ASM without any reason just because they/she can't be bothered is false. Im 100% they have a reason for holding up the 2022 ASM. I personally think its because they are waiting for the JA
