"An owner never pays for stock in their own company"????? WHAT??? As a shareholder in VPLM, I am an "owner" and buy it all the time! Every VPLM shareholder IS AN "OWNER" of VPLM, including Emil!

Assuming what was meant was A CEO NEVER PAYS FOR STOCK IN THEIR OWN COMPANY... Total bullshit, as CEO's buy/sell stock in their own companies all the time. They have timing/reporting requirements, but they do it all the time! Here is an example using VHC and the CEO buying:

https://www.marketbeat.com/stocks/NYSE/VHC/insider-trades/

I could find the same for thousands of other companies!!!

1) "No, an owner never pays for stock in their own company. For one thing, it's generally inadmissible for a corp owner to directly buy their own company stock as it would be considered a conflict and possible stock manipulation so they have to have other venues or processes to own stock in their own company."

"emil says he's taking back stock in lieu of salary compensation"???? WHAT??? He said nothing of the like:

EMIL RETURNED 620mm++ SHARES TO TREASURY AND TOOK WARRANTS STRUCK @ $.021/SHARE IN LIEU OF RETURNED SHARES. HE ALSO DECLINED SALARY OWED, WHICH HAD ZERO TO DO WITH THE SHARES RETURNED!

2) So, in scam vp stock plays, emil says he's taking back stock in lieu of salary compensation, classic play, and prices it at conveniently .021 which probably will suck up all that stock he said he is 'buying' back. Although I haven't checked but I don't believe emil uses 'buy back'?

Regain? Interesting way to put it. No, an owner never pays for stock in their own company. For one thing, it's generally inadmissible for a corp owner to directly buy their own company stock as it would be considered a conflict and possible stock manipulation so they have to have other venues or processes to own stock in their own company. Everything here is MY OPINION! I am making NO buy or sell recommendations here! DO YOUR OWN DUE DILIGENCE!
