Now, if Emil wants to regain those 620mm++ shares, HE HAS TO PAY $.021/SHARE.... This is a scam, HOW???

Regain? Interesting way to put it. No, an owner never pays for stock in their own company. For one thing, it's generally inadmissible for a corp owner to directly buy their own company stock as it would be considered a conflict and possible stock manipulation so they have to have other venues or processes to own stock in their own company. So, in scam vp stock plays, emil says he's taking back stock in lieu of salary compensation, classic play, and prices it at conveniently .021 which probably will suck up all that stock he said he is 'buying' back. Although I haven't checked but I don't believe emil uses 'buy back'?

VP hasn't won a single case since it's inseption for any of its patent troll attempts. And this 'pr' from emil of course is going to try to seem 'positive'. It is not. The actual dockets say otherwise of success. Just emil claims. His pr's are a joke and so are vp's claims of ownership of patents. This one is still pending 4 years and counting. vp is like a shady debt collection agency, no matter how much a debtor is in communication with them, they ignore it all and threaten with lawsuits and garnishments.

emil isn't going to buy back anything, he'll reissue it all to himself and claim a value of .021. 'for compensation'<-- fairly billowing red flag. Whom does one think places that price? vp=emil places that price. No common shareholder has voting rights at all. All insiders and owners are the shareholders of record, not any street name bulk broker lists.

Scam, this is what emil does, patent trolling litigation mooch. One of many. Like I said, mostly suing big business just to get a go away payout. This one emil got scared.

This is a zero sum defense going in circles.
