No, that’s not how the buildout works ATL, if Sawston is going to be for NWBO. As I said, if they are going to sell the company and have no need anymore for Sawston, it’s a different matter. Still not worth what you suggest unless of course the whole facility is generating revenue, which it is not. You’ve got the lease for 20%, you could lease the rest of it in a “sale” or transfer if the lease obligations to Advent, but that’s not a “sale” in the way you suggest and a large ongoing maintenance and lease obligation tied to it.

The the new party could develop it for their own business, not for NWBO. NWBO wants its own facility that will house specialized equipment to make only DCVax-L, and that is going to cost a buyer some amount to the BUY from NWBO? And then staff up? They’ll have to go through the entire licensing with MHRA again.

The entire thing makes no sense.
