D is ready to ride. But trials will still take years and the need for plenty of capital. As I’ve said before, L is a wow for patients, but maybe not so much of a win for investors, at least not at the expectations that have been set.

The reason being is results were not so stellar that you could easily assume D will be able to rise above the higher SOC bars for other indications. GBM was a really low bar.
