This contract you refer to is rather obscure in that it has never to my knowledge been published in any court proceedings thus far or is that incorrect?
So loosely translated the sale by Villar had more in it than $ 10,000 pesos plus the side monies paid to Villar by CMN to get out of town.
You say Barrick was to get mine up and running and then pay you in gold bars as a royalty! For how long and how many gold bars and what was the Royalty percentage as per this contract.
If it was all verbal.......good luck with that.

The mine will never be so Barrick's failure to get mine running negates their obligation to you if ever there was one?

Why would there be a contract now in hot dispute for a sale by Villar for $20.00 US for the whole shebang and another for many more millions to be paid with bars GOLD that is GOLD????????
