capt, the only fight we have remaining is the healthnet infringement assuming the courts proceed based on the length of time it's taken the GSK v Teva lawsuit it'll be years before we see results. The only thing Amarin has going for it now is the EU approvals and Denner stepping in to win a few seats on the BOD and guide the company toward profitability then sell it. I would settle for a break even on Amarin's balance sheet and mine too!!
