Pdude ...so I'll take the other side of your view .

Denner has already offered assistance to AMRN ...which they apparently have not accepted . So now its about board representation so he can force them to do as he thinks fit .

We have time constraints here ...exclusivity and patent protection have limited time left ....so he's not interested in them muddling thru a roll out at significant expense for several years ...to try and get the price higher for a BO ...with even less time left on the exclusivity clock.

XBI controls the AMRN price direction ?...didnt that idea go out the window with Judge Du'd decision .
Guarantee you if AMRN blows their cash on hand doing a major EU rollout and they are forced to raise cash ....AMRN tanks no matter what the XBI is doing
