Regarding where to look for news on VLDI, one source will always be VLDI's website. Another should be your broker. And if you use a separate trading platform like ThinkOrSwim, they should have a news feed. And there are free stock news services that you can subscribe to. I have used https://www.easystockalerts.com/ for many years.
