A headline from Barron's: Bye-Bye, Fed Rally: Dow Falls 742 Points to Close Below 30,000
The DOW is the window dressing market of the 30 most attractive market models. Two new models are adjusting their share cost to unseat current contestants; AMZN and GOOGL. Even TSLA wants to walk down that runway and keeps lowering their share price to be considered. I own stocks in the DOW but I've no use for that market as any more than the Kardashian example of market preening.
