Attached below is a similar but more wide ranging chart. The top pane compares the QQQ, (NASDAQ 100 ETF), to the SPY, (SPX ETF). We can see very similar patterns on this chart. Again, this doesn't mean a bottom is in, only that we're beginning to see 'green shoots'. I'm not sure why I like that piece of political propaganda so much but it makes me laugh almost as much as 'shovel ready'.
