Gary,
You are right about the shareholder support that the company needs for increasing the number of shares. I am somewhat concerned that DI allegedly has been changing his estimate as to when the ASM meeting will take place. I believe that some time ago one MB member wrote that DI believed that the ASM was going to be held in April or May and more recently another MB member wrote that DI's estimate was changed to mid July.

The content of the May 10 NYAS presentation strongly suggests that the publication was submitted to a journal that agreed that some of the data can be released at the NYAS presentation. Most likely the publication is complete and peer review is underway or almost complete. I am now guessing that we will see the TLD/publication sometimes between mid July and late August and the ASM in August-September.

I was particularly thrilled that the unmethylated GBM patients did so well because until now it was not clear whether DCVax-L would help those patients. Well, out of 131 unmethylated GBM treatment patients, 8 (6.1%) were post 5 year survivors and that is very impressive since without DCVax-L, those patients do very poorly

Finally, the NYAS presentation only gave us some information about the positive effect of DCVax-L in rGBM and I am guessing that the publication may demonstrate additional positive affects in those patients, well beyond those that we saw at NYAS.
