The company could sue Af and his affiliates for loses they sustained for his article. They went from 2.00 to bottom was 39 cents. There are damages but they decided to do nothing not even a PR . So yes they decided to let him go. Yes they are very busy but they also have a duty to protect their shareholders

We all lost 50% of our gains. Management could care less about their fiduciary duties to shareholders
