8-K, Fed Ins Co. The dispute resolution procedure is confusing.

The insurance company wants arbitration; so there must be something in the agreement between them and IDCC about resolving disputes through arbitration.

Yet, IDCC - who says it has a binding agreement with NOK and wants arbitration - goes to court seeking judgments against the insurance company to void their agreement or restrict its scope. It does not seem to want to go to arbitration.

One of my investing books says..."stay away from stocks with unpredictable behaviour". Does anyone think IDCC might be in that category? JK
