VI,

If those who've been told the Annual Meeting should be held by mid July, it shouldn't be another month or more before we have meaningful news. I understand that a meeting can be held with as few as 10 days notice, that would mean announcing the meeting by July 5th at the latest, or miss that estimated time, which I should note is 15 days past when regulations say they should have the meeting.

Personally I believe they'll announce the meeting before the end of June, so even while they haven't held it by then, it's been announced. I don't believe they'll announce before the Journal has been issued, it's possible that even with the Journal they won't make the formal TLD statement until the meeting if they believe other things they'll announce at the meeting will drive the price even higher. Why? Because the lender can convert the loan to stock on favorable terms, but not until TLD has been released, it behooves them to get the share price high as possible before releasing the formal TLD Statement. If what I said in a recent post about 50 or more patients living to the 7+ years indicated by Dr. Ashkan as that would be required for the median for the Top 100 to have achieved this, I suspect that what's said in the Journal and TLD Statement will be more powerful than the data presented at NYAS.

We're planning on staying here in Tahoe until nearly the end of the month, I believe the odds are no worse than even that I'll go home substantially wealthier, even if I lose at craps and poker.
