PPS spiked to .31 last March/April 2021 but not sure if a P and D or just a run on a few PR's.
In any case time for this baby to inch up the ladder then run .
I think that we are all depressed w/ lack of movement and positive activity.
As we know as traders, PPS can change in a second if some news comes or a few BIG WHALES jump into the water then HUGE WAVES !!!
