Read my post again. AVXL must defer to FDA for any acknowledgement on process changes or risk an unwinnable political battle . This AVXL low key display and strategy is important.

There is an old street slang saying that comes to mind..."If you think I did not cut you...TRY TO MOVE YOUR HEAD". . IMO, if the FDA are smart they will support the patent app and move on. We'll see.
