The BOD is a joke.

The stock buyback (less than 100M available )that has done absolutely nothing for share holder value, sits at the pinnacle of stupidity .

I see ZERO reason for them to do this....and it really bothers me that they thought this was the best way to utilize the funds they had on hand.

I would be remiss if I didnt add the 12-1 reverse that they adopted to screw retail shareholders....another fine decision by reckless BOD
