First of all...shorts take huge risks for buying borrowed shares, when i close my account and step over to another broker, these shorts can't shorts my shares anymore, so the must buyback higher with his margin call...that means a short squeeze when everybody doing this...these 3M shares that change from one broker to another one, will bring panic on these shorters that have this shares short with a margin call...ouch!!!
