I understand the allure of crypto, but the one glaring flaw is that at some point in the chain of custody, if you want to purchase a legitimate product, then it must be converted into a standard government issued currency. Therefore there’s nothing really crypto about it, it’s really just a private decentralized fiat currency whose creators have the clever audacity to accuse all other currencies of being “fiat.”
