My Dad had a reasonably healthy life until several years ago

He lived 85 "good quality years" with the last several not being very good quality

Since about 80, he has had increasing dementia

and I believe the mind has much to do with wanting or not wanting to do physical activity

So I suspect his mind is the root cause problem of his physical decay

So keep your mind active as well!
