If there was a basis to arrest him, sure. Go for it. He's a journalist working for a major publication however, and in this context, with a private company, I can't think of that ever happening in this country given first amendment rights and what is being alleged. So talking about him all the time, non-stop, diminishes DCVax and all of the work being done, to amplify the narratives put forth by someone that many think should be deemed a criminal, even if that is unlikely to be provable in any way.

It's not helpful at this stage. It creates a whirlwind of distracting noise that undermines a very successful story by amplifying a false story way beyond its importance for anyone new who stumbles on this amazing story. It likely ends up being a reason for those persons, who are likely nowhere near as discerning as most of the best here, to sit back and wait to see what happens rather than buying at what is currently a very good price. Then you have those telling them it's going to drop by a further half, as they further amplify the negativity.
