OMG! My father in law’s name is Ralph, and come to think of it I’ve never seen him and Paul together at the same time!

OMG my FIL might be Paul and he puts on the Italian accent to throw me off!!!

But seriously now, your logic re a partnership with a subsequent BO is very plausible and would be an acceptable scenario from my perspective of needing some stock price appreciation up front from the partnership news to raise some cash, giving the flexibility to hold hopefully the majority of shares for the buyout.

Ideally, if the BO is all stock from a BP like Merck, I’d likely take the BP shares and have a whopping dividend stream to pay the bills, have financial freedom, and continue to donate to good causes.

In short, that would be living the dream, but not the billionaire wealthy dream some other nwbo investors might achieve, and that’s more than ok. My guilty conscience will only allow me a modicum of decadence anyway

Call me a wild eyed optimist but this feels like the best shot ever that I’ve encountered at such a game changing return on investment especially at this point of trial results and all those wacky ducks positioning themselves in a row.
