thats not how it works. they are doing 1:500 to 1:1000 RS AND raising AS at the same time. Result = total wipe out of regular shareholders equity.


items #3 and #4 below (pre-14A) are discussion points and NOT the sequence of events! lol
for some reason people are spreading misinformation that they will raise AS first and then perform RS on diluted value shares - this is incorrect! They want to raise AS AND do a wipe out RS.

Lets say you have 100,000 shares at 0.025 ($2,500 total). Raise AS to 3B and you now have 100,000 shares that are now worth 0.0041 (6fold dilution due to AS raise), then they do another 1000 RS so you end up with 100 shares at $4 each...which my guess is tanks back into trips.
