Is not the plan to do an A/S increase to 3B shares, dilute to near there, then R/S back to the current share structure? Seems to be how I read that 14A. The dilution will send the SP to trips, then the R/S will bring the price back to now. If you try to hold through it, your price will return to now, but most of your shares will be gone. You better have balls or boobs of steel to buy this stock right now.
