You realize that is a secondary part of the deal, SYSX can buy 1.6 million dollars worth of shares of Ostendo or Ostendo gives the money back, it has nothing to do with the 60 million dollar part of the deal, which SYSX has no means to pay for. If you look at the PRs SYSX put out, coupled with Michael Bigger’s hype and ultimate disclosure, you’ll see it was a pump and dump instigated by BIGGER and SYSX. The PPS will tank to sub penny here within 2 weeks or so ( it has held up way better than I expected post 14a, due to peoples refusal to do DD), they’ll RS, dilute to pay bills and then who knows.
