Inc (C-S) subsidiary has signed a binding term sheet with Columbo, Sri Lanka-based Arinma Holdings (AH) to develop a commercial scale waste plastic-to-energy pyrolysis plant to serve as a south-Asia host facility for its patent-pending Plastic Conversion Network (PCN).
