Change management is (BY FAR) the most difficult process to manage, W/O doubt. Structures LIKE FDA do not DO CHANGE WELL-EVER. The REAL issues are often unseen until you actually start to throw the switches...first there is resistance ...delay...consequences POP UP then CRISIS compilation..etc.

I think of these as, "The unintended consequences of CHANGE"

Dr. Peter Senge (MIT and my old instructor/leader ) has many-insightful models on this. When he splains it, you can feel the air leaving the room and (eventually) new life appears.

Study his common sense (11) easy to get points and be ready for an AHHHHAAA moment. Trust me, AVXL will have to go through this process.
