I agree. Probably a little less passionate; a little less inclusive, but generally agree. SEC is also continuously frustrated. They are given power to make the rules, but little authority to enforce them.

DOJ says find us an issue we can prosecute and win; not suppositions.
Civil proof requirement: More sure than not they knowingly did something wrong.
Criminal proof requirement: Damn sure they knowingly did something wrong.

On the positive side; It takes SEC so long from initial warnings, that we are given plenty of time to sell and move on, before taking serious losses. We can’t change what they do, only how we play the game.
