Why do you think the net price in the U.S. would be as low as $120/mo?

I do not think ... it is the result of my calculation based on 10-Qs / 10-Ks and the wholesale prices (currently $340.48).

Q42020: 135.91
Q1: 140.44
Q2: 136.53
Q3: 130.12
Q4: 128.90
Q12022: 116.89

It is not the same in every quarter since some item (e.g. Product Returns) is not quarter dependent.
I do not say it it a exact number - e.g. I am not 100% sure how "Rebates, Chargebacks and Discounts" booked - but more or less it should be OK.
