Gotham Financial was incorporated October 27, 2006 in the State of Delaware. They closed the deal to acquire the Magic Money assets on October 30th. Gotham's contact info is listed as [phone]. The Nov 13th 8K shows John V. Maggi as the CEO of Gotham http://www.congressexchange.com/maggibio.htm Someone by the name of Rene Ferrer is also involved. In 2002, Ferrer co-managed an e-commerce consulting firm called TG GROUP which was formed from departing executives of a company called SLM Soft.

As stated in the Nov 13th 8K involving the sale of MagicMoney, Gotham took over the lease of Suite #255 on Nov 1st. I would be interested to learn if any Globetel reps are still left in the building since its been over three months. Globetel was still using the address in their Jan 30th 8KA but have stated that they plan to move to Ft. Lauderdale.
