What did CMN Spa use in courts to get the injunction lifted after so many years?
If the injunction was lifted by the Chilean courts did this not indicated that the reason of it had been resolved ?

The steep slope of Justice if we can call it that has always been against proving out the structured fraud by Barrick.
What has .... or will .... change that?
Did Kokisch ever become a real judge?
