And Billy is the CONtrol block majority shareholder who by just his own vote can CONtrol any vote and determine to remove any director or custodian and replace with anyone he wants or himself.

NEVER buy pennyscam turdstocks.

NEVER buy a stock where insiders maintain majority voting CONtrol and minority shareholders have little recourse or ability to CONtrol the corporation.
