the 30 year fixed mortgage is double what it was a year ago - price of materiaals going way up - this will have a huge impact

the next fed meeting is next week, the only question is how much they will raise the interest rates, i guuess that depends on the CPI which comes out tomorrow 8:30am i think andhow much pressure Biden is putting on Powell

Powell is dovish and wants to go slow and achieve a soft landing Stlouis and san Francisco Fed Chiefs are hawkish they were pushing for 75 Basis point hikes

We shall see what happens
