And people wonder why there is a social movement away from Capitalism in this country.

This isn't capitalism. This is greed. Shady crap like we see here is sad and takes full advantage of our economic system but is not the spirit of capitalism or the public equity market. The other sad part is Charlie Brown (Investor with stars in their eyes) will continue to take swipes at the ball no matter how many times Lucy pulls it. The key in my mind is to focus on what they do, not what they say.

This is the definition of a startup. There will be bumps. I will take the historical statements along with their seemingly fortuitous timing and use that in considering any future investments in this company. I would suggest you do the same.
