Good morning MAGA, Timing101, Jim46, foxi, Catpole and evryone! List of possibilities Mutat. Let's see, I was under a number of NDAs my entire career with Hospital Corporation of America. Some were of the HIPAA variety. Others were related to specific areas of the company we were auditing. Just keep in mind that the NDA is in place for a reason and, it is generated by the legal department or lawyers.

What is an NDA specifically:

What Is a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA)?
A non-disclosure agreement is a legally binding contract that establishes a confidential relationship. The party or parties signing the agreement agree that sensitive information they may obtain will not be made available to any others. An NDA may also be referred to as a confidentiality agreement.
Non-disclosure agreements are common for businesses entering into negotiations with other businesses. They allow the parties to share sensitive information without fear that it will end up in the hands of competitors. In this case, it may be called a mutual non-disclosure agreement.

Here is the link full article on NDAs and why they are used:

Before I offer any possibilities I first want to remind everyone how "over his skis" Chandra has been on so many occasions. The company has overpromised and underdelivered so many times. They have also been trying to get their product to market on their own with distribution issues. While it states in the Investopedia definition, "Non-disclosure agreements are common for businesses entering into negotiations with other business.", NDAs can also be interdepartmental as well. So here's some possibilities:

1. ENZC is in the process of resolving their distribution issues for their immune modulator. They are working on timelines for enough product to begin rolling it out through distributors. Charles (the ENZC legal team) has put together an inter-company NDA that does not allow anyone at ENZC to say anything until their supply chain is in place, product is in a warehouse, and they are ready to announce it.

2. Same as the above, but, as it relates to test results, other product news, or, Charles feeling that Chandra was going to say something during the interview that was not going to be relevant to any actual timelines.

3. Charles did not want Chandra to speak to anything during the interview not in his purview, such as the audit or any "potential" agreements or partnerships that may, or may not, be completed.

4. They are under contract with a manufacturer for the immune modulator such as Samsung that does not want anything said until they are sure that the product is in the warehouse and can be delivered.

5. They have entered into an agreement with another company for financing or an equity position with ENZC.

6. They have entered into a partnership with another company.

7. They have another announcement that is not ready yet.

I have seen a lot of speculation on what company the NDA is with. Just keep in mind it might not be with anyone, it might be with ENZC employees. That they would allow Hicks to even mention the NDA is concerning to me. If the news is about the immune modulator all of the partnership/buyout speculation goes out the window and all we have is, finally, distribution for the immune modulator. That in itself is good news because it shows that they can get a product to market, however, with all of the overpromising in the past it will be a big disappointment to everyone thinking this stock will take off after the interview, which is all Hicks is doing, an interview.
Keep in mind that while this company has many patents and, in looking at many of my past posts concerning the science, a highly effective, low toxicity critical path to a number of products, they haven't delivered anything yet.
I have been long with ENZC for close to 2 years. I am still over 900% up on my long position and have done extremely well swing trading this stock. It is a very, very small part of my portfolio but has been a good play so far. No one here knows what will happen next month, next week, or even today. My father, who was a great mentor to me on investing and trading, used to say, "There's a lot of noise out there. People are going to promise you that they know this and that. There are only two guarantees when it comes to trading, the market will open at 9:30 and will close at 4." I miss that guy. Good luck to everyone. Have a great day.
Cheers,
Coach
