Be interesting to see how Biogen/Eisai go about lecanemab.

Their "Innovative Bayesian Adaptive Randomization Design and Dose Regimen-Finding Study with OLE", probably has designed in wriggle room.

They claim "Rapid and Thorough Amyloid Clearance Correlates with Clinical Benefit", but one can have doubts.

Will they lay down flat this time on a dubious readout or have another 'oh wait a minute there is actually a perspective from which the drug does work' moment?
