I hope this is real news, and not some micky-mouse, non-equity collaboration, or something of that nature. If so, this will be a big, fat nothing burger.

What I want is a larger, more cash-rich company to take a piece of the pie to get Clone 3 through clinical trials with a swiftness. A merger or buyout could be great, too. But considering that Hicks wants to interview Chandra and Co. AFTER the NDA is lifted tells me that a buyout is not likely, since there would be no reason to interview anyone from ENZC after that, as they are just taking money to walk away and are no longer relevant to the future of the company.
