You should pay more attention to their PRs. They bought Spectrum to supplement their revenue and to offer packages for their MMIC division that will scale both business as they grow. There is a symbiotic relationship here. Next time listen to the investor calls or just read the PRs. Increased revenue is increased revenue. They are now part of AMPG not a separate private company.
