This is what I think could be happening. Samsung is the manufacture and they see everyone’s products and know there capabilities. Now Samsung is making deals and mergers and I believe outright buying some companies to build their pharmaceutical business. This might even be a merger with several other companies if in fact this is the reason for the NDA. It could be a deal with like a veterinarian company or one we haven’t been informed of yet. One thing for certain the excitement is in the air and people are getting excited again.
