My take … and shoot holes in it if U like …is this is setting up to be a redo of MDCO with Denner gaining control and eventually selling to NVS

KM is already implementing a Denner like approach
Drop the distractions ( generic , combo etc ) Don’t spend $ on those now
Cut expenses where U are losing market share …the US
Conserve cash for the EU market where U have exclusivity.
Next step
Once U know the EU reimbursement details … try for a sale to NVS .. that already has the CV marketing infrastructure established in the EU … for my guess $6-$8 a share
