Slowly but surely, they are all getting the hint. This poor sucker must have owned both IDWD and CSHD. (I wonder if Jagvik12 sucked him into them? If he had known Jag was only about 16 years old, he might have thought twice about taking the investment advice of a green kid).

Who cares about his limo company? What does that have to do with this stock? I don't see anyone on here giving stockshrink a hard time about his claims of being a psychologist which I have a hard time believing. The only one we should be roasting here is the main culprit in the story which is Patrick Downs who sucked us in and played games with the news wires to get our money. It was all lies.

Where are the audited financials? Where is the value to the dividend? Where is the buyout? Where is the 995ad.com shares? Was the PR about the 995ad.com record date a total scam? If it wasn't true, why didn't he follow up on it with a truthful PR to tell us what happened?

Where are the multi-million dollar contracts? The only thing we can confirm is 10 or twelve flash drives sold to a small police department and we don't even have any way of knowing that IDWD will get one penny from it since it seems that WSA now has the former IDWD distribution business and stacked cash doesn't work for IDWD!

The amount if false PRs here are amazing. There have been 50 or `100 of them.

That assumes that the buyout takes place. Until now, there has been nothing to suggest it will ever take place. Downs latest punch to our stomachs was after telling us for months the deal was done, he said HLS would not buy IDWD right now because they want to use the money to build inventory in the flash drives. If any of the news had been correct, they would be flush with cash. Can you spell S C A M?

The PRs have been figments of his imagination. I don't know why anyone would talk about anything Downs has said as though it was a fact. His track record for truth is the worst I have ever seen. Rufus had more substance to his statements than Downs has had and that isn't saying much

This guy has figured out the PGRD deal is a no show Not that it means crapolla to IDWD.

All we seem to have left is an answering service where no one ever returns any telephone calls.

Ahhh, that is where he gets the "I speak mightily for all" nonsense; he did start this thread. Forgot about that.

Funny part is he don't own IDWD anymore. Sold it to get on the CSHD circus, and unfortunately for him, and others including yalls truly at a 17% loss, we all have seen how THAT has been working out. Bummer. And I mean that sincerely, not that I will get anything but crap from him in return.

Well, since Mr. Becker's name came up anyway, he was the person my friend spoke with about the option, back when uvh was saying the PGRD deal was done. Norman Becker is also part of Correctional Services International, the company that bought the Proguard Protection Services entity to leave the PGRD shell for trading/selling purposes.

It was all back here in a different 8-K.

P.S. Friend sold out of his PGRD interest after that, 1000 shares. Took him a while, but he is finito.

Good reading, good hunting, good day.

And this guy has put two and two together and understood that if there was a buyout, then something is very wrong with the price of IDWD. The market usually is right which is something some of them are too dense to understand.

Micro,

I am long and have held, not traded through all of this. So, fellow longs, don't jump all over me. However, I keep seeing the above argument but I don't buy it. If this was the case, wouldn't have "they" bought up most of the float, thus limiting the supply of shares which would result in prices around the buyout level? I really don't believe there is a lot of buying, otherwise the share price would reflect it. I have been in buyouts before and the price always jumps up to the offer price. It is fear of the unknown and lack of trust that is keeping the price down. Pat needs to get this done.
