They’ve been successful in many applications including the PIM designation in the UK and Hospital Exemption (HE) in Germany. HE was not worth much but it is / likely was a grueling application process I understand. They also are approved for compassionate use and local manufacturing, no small feats. In fact, quite exceptional in my experience.
