If, God willing, marjac’s petition should elicit a summary judgement in our favor, the stock will be worth a lot more than $6 per, as Hikma et Al will have to immediately stop selling their pollutants and will likely be subject to treble damages for all the pills they have already sold. A pre take out price of $20 would seem likely given that scenario. Then perhaps marjac can begin a shareholder suit against Hikma et al for damages,
