Take it up with OTC Markets and the SEC.

If DBMM had complied with the filing statutes, they wouldn’t be in this situation at all.

The decisions DBMM and Linda Perry made have led DIRECTLY to this situation.

It’s true. THOUSANDS of companies seem to be able to comply with whatever the SEC requests.

Imagine that. THOUSANDS.
