They absolutely refuse to pay attention to the information right under their noses. 80% or more of the settlement has been paid out by CONTRACTS, and will not be recovered. Yet they misinform themselves and others that some hearing across the country is going to negate those contracts. Not one of them is a lawyer, and the ones they have are useless to date. I just feel for those peeps that listen to that crap and waste their support.
